53 with COPD and gaining fast
 

I am new to this site so forgive me if I mess this up. I am 53 and have very early small amount of Emphysema. Gained so much weight over the past 3 years... Low carb worked wonders for me once, but now with weight I have sore knee's shoulders and neck.. exercise not what it used to be and diet is a mess. Starting again, need some motivation... I find myself seeing this site alot for recipes and advice decided to join HELP
