
Renee, don't give up hope yet. You can do this!! Do you keep a food journal to see what you have been eating, and what perhaps you can change in the future? I do from time to time. It helps me see if I have been eating enough/too little, or just balanced meals each day.

Here is an idea for a quick snack. Cut up some fresh fruit and mix in a bowl, chill, and serve with a little greek yogurt.
