Weight Wise Workshop
 

I recently attended a Weight Wise Workshop that ran for 6 weeks. I enjoyed it and learned some fascinating skills that may aid me in my quest to lose weight and get healthy. I have also registered for the Craving Change workshop that runs for three weeks and begins in April.
