Reiki anyone?
 

Today I started a 21 day Reiki retreat. it is from Mari Hall's online site-free just folks helping each other. 4 years ago I lost 70 pds over 9 months. the 1st 35 in 6 months and the 2nd 35 in 3. Half the time. The only difference between the 2 periods was that I learned Reiki and practiced it on self for the last 3 months. Of course, I only lost for a specific trip as a goal and once there gained it back ( no longer doing reiki on self much anymore) over the next 2 yrs. I'm hoping Reiki will help me again. If you'd like to try it you might can find people giving it away in your area. I learned at a continuing ed. college. Do any of you do Reiki?

I hadn't heard of that before, but after googling it, and seeing that it is a spiritual stress reliever, I can see that it would help some people. I wish you well in your new adventure with it!
