Good deal! The glucosemine and condroiten don't bother my stomach, but I always take them after breakfast and supper.

I did buy some and have taken a serving of two tablets with food each day. Although I know they need to be taken a number of days to have any effect, I swear I feel better and my recent bout with stiff and sore joints is somewhat better. This may or may not be a placebo effect, but I am sticking with them for a time. Experienced no adverse effects. Woot!
