Hi-New Ideas on WW Points Plus Ideas

  • Hi I'm new hear and looking for recipes, suggestions for WW Points Plus and also support on dieting.

    Lost 7.6 lbs and I'm motivated but find the weekends wanting to cheat any suggestions?:

  • i find the weekends hard too so I pick mondays to weigh in.It helps me not cheat since i know i have that weigh-in mon

    I started weight watchers 3 weeks ago and I too find weekends harder. My weigh in day is Sun and it seems to help me not over eat on Fri and Sat which are typically my hardest days. I am also starting week 7 of couch to 5 k and one of the days I run is Sun so that also helps.
