I love rosh hashana but....
I had a , no i chose to not pay attention to my caloric intake. I am supposed to stay below 900 calories per day. I obviously did not. Too much wine lead to too much carbo-bingeing.
So here I am facing the next 8 days between now and yom kippor. I must re-commit to my 900 calorie limit. I must refrain from wine b/c it is a trigger for out of control consumption. I must only have the tinsyest of tastes of challah and honey, no full slices. I hate being fat and out of breath and sick with heartburn b/c I over eat. I must work through the hunger so I can get used to not stuffing my self sick. |
Gosh 900 calories is so low, I am assuming that is a doctor's guideline? It just seems so very little. I am on 1500 per day (with the exercise regime I have) and sometimes I drop that to 1200 if I am on a bad moving day but I honestly would simply start shaking on 900 (even on 1200 I sometimes get shaky and have to eat a muesli bar - that is not diabetic or anything, just hunger)
Take good care of you! |
