Hello everyone. I'm not new to this website but am to your support group and to the South Beach diet. I just came back recently hoping to get this weight off of me and get rid of a few health issues, too. I posted information about me up in the Bio's Sticky so feel free to check me out.:dizzy: I have a lot of weight to lose and need a lot of support so I plan on being around for a long time, if you all will have me.:)

;) Hi! I've been here less than a month myself and I have to say everyone is sooooooo supportive! We are here to help each other on our journeys even though we may "walk" them differently!
Being "accountable" is beneficial too. I haven't had "the craves"; some of it is knowing that I try to check in every day. Glad to see you here!:carrot:
