Really! I'm going to try this...you are so much like me...evenings is the WORST time for me and one of my main weaknesses is ice cream too!

I've found another great thing to do. You mix 2 cups of skim milk with Splenda and vanilla. Then you put it in a big bowl in the freezer. Take it out every 30 minutes and stir it with a whisk to break up the ice. After an hour and a half or so, you have a HUGE bowl of ice cream that tastes like homemade ice cream for 180 calories. This is definitely going to be my new addiction. And the best part about it is that it's completely guilt free.

I'm in the same boat. Evenings being the worse time for me with regards to eating "junk". I much appreciate the information given here. Thanks.

Yes Slimfast does contain sugar but it is pretty balanced product. Even my diabetic nurse said it was pretty good for now and then. You idea sounds good too! I have some whey protein so will try it. I use the whey protein in smoothies a lot. Not sure if I have Stevia, but think I might. I have a lot of Splenda so have been trying to use it up, then planning on going with Stevia as I doubt Splenda is healthy..IMHO.
