well this is my alltime high 181 # I REALLY need to loose weight I think I would feel so much better if I lost 30# but honestly I dont know where to start or what plan to use that i would stick with. I am a shift worker and work 2-3 shifts per week so that really doesnt help matters much. I usually feel exhausted after an 11-7 shift and try to eat breakfast foods during the night. I never feel like exercizing because i am always tired. during the summer i used to take walks with my puppies but now that its winter and the weather is awful i dont. i've done weight watchers before, but really dont want to pay for a plan, i did that before and didnt use it just wasted money. i know i need life style changes, but how???
