Why You Should Keep a Food Diary
A food diary is a very effective tool, because you can use it to help you determine if your current eating habits are healthy. A food diary will help you understand where your diet goes wrong and can reveal your calorie intake, points or whatever plan you're on, so you know if you are getting too many or too few calories.
It can also help you know if you are getting enough fruits, vegetables, whole grains and healthy proteins each day and help you keep your carb-fat-protein ratios in healthy proportions.
Please edit your spot daily, start over in the same post the next day. You can chatter for the day on your daily post, delete it and chat again the next day. That way we won't have to go through any chatter to see everyone's menu for the day. It'll be fun to see who's eating what! If you sign up but DON'T PARTICIPATE, please delete your spot.

I made up for it a little yesterday so hopefully I am over it until Christmas although there is a cookie and eggnog party at work tomorrow. Sigh.
Rosey-I see you are on your way. Pretty exciting.
