I can't even get on the scale, that is how bad it is. I had a lot of success with OA HOW a few years ago. It takes commitment and I don't like all the rules but it worked for 5 years. What can I do today to not go farther into despair? Senia

Try filling up with high-water and high-fiber fruits and vegetables, and you'll find you're not as hungry throughout the day. I always have a hard-boiled egg and an apple for breakfast, and it really does fill me up for hours. Lunch is always a big salad with ff dressing and usually some kind of low fat soup, and together they really fill me up. Having this structured menu may be boring, but it takes my mind off fantasizing about eating unhealthy stuff for those meals. Evening is always a challenge for me, so that's what I'm focusing on changing. I think if you identify what is weak in your own eating habits, you can better plan to change them. Good luck!
