Hi Everyone,

Upped my running to 1.25 x around the track every 4 minutes of fast walking. My weight is back down to 150 - following a 2 lb gain after Thanksgiving.

Today, I went to see Burlesque w Cher & Christina Aguilera. NOT very good. I enjoyed the singing & dancing, but the acting and the dialogue and the "plot" left a LOT to be desired. Also, Cher's face had that plastic surgery strange look. Of course, her body is fantastic.

Tomorrow I am supposed to go scrapbooking with my neighbor. We'll see how she feels and whether she will be able to make it. If not, my class starts tomorrow, so I will have enough to keep me busy.
