I give you a lot of credit for making the decision to work on your health.
I'm younger than you, but the scale barely moves for me now. I just try to focus on the little things that are making me feel better (no acid reflex, I don't feel like a have a hangover from eating junk food all day, I can walk up the stairs easier).
If we keep it up, the weight will come off!
