You have my support, but I would need a little more information, before I could offer a weight loss tip. Well I have one, I acknowledge that it took years for me to put on the weight, so I won't be disappointed if it will take a long time for the weight to go away.

Thanks for the reply - I haven't figured out how to use this site very well but I'll keep trying. I do enjoy reading everyone's suggestions and successes.

Hi and welcome I am 52 yrs young and a mum to 5 grown kids and a nan to 11 grandkids you will find plenty of support here just jump in , good luck on your journey.
