Freda and InStitches each missed a perfect score by 1 point.

InStitches lost the most weight, but Freda got to goal weight.

Seems to me the only fair thing is for BOTH Freda and InStitches to be proclaimed the Halloween Challenge Winners.

I must say I'm very impressed that Bobbi, had so many grams of fiber everyday, I'm trying to increase my fiber, slowly, don't need...a new set of problems {if you don't mind, share some of your choices, so I can get some ideas, Thanks}

I ended up losing weight but not until Nov and I did it on what I call the Philippine diet...meaning, I got sick on our trip to the Philippines! LOL I got down to 158 but never fear, I was back up to 161 this am and still not feeling so good even. Just suddenly became very hungry after several days of eating very little.
