Joy's LIFE Diet - Thoughts
 

Just wondering if anyone else is trying this program.
I really am enjoying her book... and like that menus
are planned out... for now anyway.

I just wondered if anyone else was trying it?

I wonder why... no one replied to my post... I'm just returning to this site after months... or longer... I'm getting out my book again... Joy's Life Diet... because it helped and I liked it. *sigh*
We'll see how it works. anyone else out there have her book?

I don't know why no one replied. I am not familiar with the actual diet, but have her cookbook and enjoy many of the recipes.

(I currently do weight watchers and limit simple carbs)

Anyway, welcome back....browse around, check out the other threads on this forum. There are many lovely people here, I am just returning myself. The support really helps. (I have learned that from coming and going)
