New Vision...I think I can!

  • I think over the past several years I just accepted my weight.
    While I didn't like it, I never really felt like I could be successful at loosing it.

    But, all of a sudden I have a new hope. Beginning on January 12th and making a goal of 10 lbs a month, I am succeeding! Looking at pictures of those who have made it is so encouraging! IT IS POSSIBLE, and it is possible for me.

    So, hope is in the air!

    By the way...

    Hubby has lost 16 lbs
    Daughter has lost 9 lbs
    I've lost 20 lbs

    It's doing us all good!

    Having a positive attitude is VERY important. I wonder if you would consider focusing on your efforts (whatever you are doing to lose weight) instead of your outcomes (your weight)?

    Those of us who have been here for a long time use the monthly accountability thread for this.

    Remember, we can control our efforts - we can't always control our outcomes.
