Hi, Day after day goes by and I make promises to myself that I would soon lose weight and become a healthier person. Today is the day, not sure what makes today any different, but I'm here and ready. Hopefully with support from everyone on this site, I will succeed. I also promise to help others along the way. I thank you all in advance.

Welcome Kathy, We all had to make that decision. One day everthing just comes together and we decided that "today was the day". I had a few false starts, but i kept starting untill I got it right! So, come on and join us. The support is wonderful. I could never had gotten to goal without it!
