Weekly weigh in May 19

I got on the scales this morning, just after going to the bathroom and before my shower, got on totally nude, not a pleasant site to see so I closed the blinds in the room I weighed myself yesterday and was at 193 pounds, when I weighed my self this morning i was down to 191, lost 2 pounds small start, but it is a beginning.
