hi new to this program
 

I am am new to this program, desperately needing to lose weight.

I am currently at 193 lbs, obese, and in plus size clothing, would like to loose about 60 pounds, so I could be 133 again. Tried weight watchers, and I did not stick to the program. I need all the help I can get, hoping I can get it at this site.

The problem in I am hungry all the time, on two blood pressure meds already
worried about a heart attack or stroke, have had cancer. Sometimes I think that I should go to a fat farm for a while.


I am mad at myself for gaining the weight I lost on weight watchers back,

hi ladybug, you are not going to believe this, but i was raised in woodsfield, lol small world i guess!!

you'll be allright, there is tons of info here, and lots of support. look around, you'll find a program right for you.
