I think I will just have a goal to do at least 15 minutes for now...that way if I am tempted to not walk I can at least do that much. Then I will up my goal.

Hi Nancy,

I just changed my exercise goal on the Daily Accountability thread from an average number of minutes/week to exercising 6 days/week. I will begin tomorrow.

I really like the idea of a morning routine and with my kids older now I
could get up at 7, grab some coffee.head to the YMCA, and exercise and shower there. If I could start my day that way it would feel so great.
