Thank you LYNN . . . that's sweet but not really necessary you know . . . although I definitely was going to drop a message to LindaD to let her know that I DO NOT want my own book back. :lol: I will go and add myself to the list.

Even I didn't manage all my goals for November -- exercise was my downfall again. I'm really proud of my NO COOLWHIP resolve, though.

I agree with the idea of nothing formal for December . . . the number of us that could stick it out through December might be a little 'iffy'. I imagine come January just about every member of the Age 50+ Forum will be ready for a challenge. BUT . . . of there's a majority that want to do December, I'll give it a try. Actually, my only real goal for December is to try not to end it heavier than my ticker says I am right now. :yes:
