I've been away from this wonderful site for a year. Last year at this time I was at my goal weight but I've put most of it back on. I need you guys!!! At the end of today I hope to have something good to post about what I ate and how much I exercised.

I am getting so tired of seeing that 160 on the scale. I'm in my 3rd week of bouncing between 160 and 159. However, I'll just keep on keepin' on. Whoever said this journey would be easy? Patience and perseverance is all we can rely on when we hit one of these plateaus.

Hi Barb,

Yes - I just posted it. Please come and join the fun. I find it REALLY helpful for me. Sometimes, when I don't feel like exercising, I think of my thread & decide I will.
