Oh, wow, Bobbi!!! What I wouldn't give to have asparagus fresh from the garden!!!! (I'm STILL searching for Flat Outs around here....no luck yet!)
Ah, well...
Breakfast:
Dry Fiber One cereal
bunch of grapes
bunch of cherries
5 strawberries
(I forgot my darned banana home on the counter!!!!)
Snack:
Nuh-uh
Lunch:
Leftover chili over brown rice (Yum for the second time!)
Snack:
Nuh-uh
Supper:
I forgot to take anything out. I'm thinking to pick up a piece of fish - haddock or cod - on the way home & bake it with some diced tomatoes on top. I'll have brocolli, and I'll microwave some spinach for DH; he doesn't eat brocolli or cauliflower. Tsk. Maybe I'll have spinach too, just to make things a little easier. Maybe I'll bake a few small potatoes, too. Yep. That sounds about right.
Snack:
Popcorn if I MUST; I've been doing pretty well at skipping snacks
Exercise:
Bike ride (of course; what else???)
Fun:
Ummmmm. Getting a good night's sleep? (TOLD you my life was boring!!!)
