any way. Hope everyone else is doing well.
I went to curves in the a.m.
made a roast beef dinner for hubby, Started my job. After that I Went to the grocery store. Came home and eat a frozen pizza.
Yesterdays menu.
Breakfast: fiber one cereal, Eggbeaters w/ %2 cheddar.
Snack: carrots, dannon with cut up peaches
Lunch: roast beef, baked potato and fresh green beans.
Snack: kashi crackers and string cheese.
Dinner: Frozen pizza and a salad.
1 slice roman meal w/ smuckers natural pb and 2 pc dk chocolate(dove)
12 glasses of water, 37 gr. fiber.
went to curves for excersise.
went to new job for fun.
