When I was in Phase One 4 eggs and 2 egg whites could be used as your 8 oz animal protein. If you wanted to have a hard boiled egg with your lunch you would just deduct 2 oz of protein from your dinner serving. Also, an egg white or 2 a day was generally considered “free.”
