OK, today I ran for 45 minutes (about 7.6k) and then walked hills for 15 minutes with 6 minutes cooldown for a total of 10k.

The Biggest Loser!! Man, did you see PETE???? I was so sad to see him go -- but he sure did take it and run with it, didn't he??

OK - me:

Monday - I did 5 minutes on the elliptical and did 30 minutes HIIT biking (8 miles.)
Tuesday - I did 5 minutes on the elliptical and did the WATP 1-mile.

This morning I ran 1.15k before stumbling on the treadmill because I was laughing at what the bloke who just got on the cross trainer was wearing... At least I managed to hit stop rather than falling off the back. Then I started again and an another 5.6k or so before calling it a day, total about 40 minutes or so.

Yeah Sarah. And I know Pete was just wow. He so got it. Now you have to wonder if Nick still watches and can see the successes of the other kicked-off contestants and get his butt in gear before the finale.

So I have to ask? Just what was he wearing? LOL

I've done a 7 block walk to the grocery store, library and back this morning. Going to ride my bike when I get home tonight.

A nice leisurely 35 minute 1.5 mile walk with the dog was my exercise today. Jeez, Autumn can be beautiful. In the future, I will not be doing the walk in high heel boots . . .

I did 1.8 miles in 30 minutes. I'm getting close to my first exercise goal.

Mind, I shot off the back of the treadmill when I got distracted, but I'm a-okay.

I did 2miles WATP, and I folded shirts... if that counted for calories burnt, I'd be skinny now! It's taken me a while to get back into exercise this week, heh, I missed monday - wednesday..

WB Aimee.

WTG on all the exercise this week.
I had planned on walking during Survivor but it didn't happen. Instead I strapped a flashlight on the front of my bike an attempted to ride the cemetery road. It was too dark, I ran into an armadillo in the yard (I live in the country) and instead road around my yard for 30 minutes after the armadillo took his leave.
