Default Suggestions for Outback Steakhouse

I am going to Outback Steakhouse tonight for my Dad's birthday, and of course Outback does not offer any of the nutritional information. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what to order?

Did you try looking on their website? Some of the restaurants do have them listed on their sites. Just a suggestion.

They do have the nutritional info!!

http://www.outbacksteakhouse.com/ then click on our menu and it has a spot for the nutritional info. I hope this helps!

Check out the restaurant section of www.dwlz.com - the menu items are stated in WW points, but it'll give you an idea of what's smart to eat and what's not.

I like to use www.calorieking.com when the restaurant doesn't list their own nutritional info.
