I weighed in this morning and I gainned a pound. I am 134. It was a weekend of celebrating and that is what life is all about so I am ok with that. I am back on track and will get down the pound soon.
Cheryl hang in there. The first step to getting back on track is facing reality and telling about it. You have done that so that is in the past you have a clean slate. Time to start fresh, You can do it.

Spinach salad with peaches and walnuts with a poppy seed dressing
Baked potatoes with low fat sour cream
Spicey Chicken Breast
Corn
Apple sauce with a touch of whipping cream
1/2 a peach (sometimes raspberries or strawberries) 1/2 point
a couple of pecans (or sometimes almonds) 1/2 point
as much spinach as you want
1 T Kraft Signature Creamy Poppyseed dressing ( I don't even use that much) 1 point
