Whoa, take a deep breath!! I agree with Sandi, if it's the same at the end of the day as it was three weeks ago, then you almost certainly have lost something. 3-5 or more pounds is pretty typical for an average days fluctuation, and nothing to be alarmed about, though I completely understand your disappointment, what a shock that must have been! But fear not, this is surely just your body retaining water and registering the food you've eaten, like it does every day. Good luck, and I've got my fingers crossed for in incase you decide to double check in the morning.

New goal: staying binge free and losing those last few again, but for the last time!!
