Here's my workout
WATP 3 Mile
I had my husband dig my NordicTrak Walkfit Treadmill. I bought it at least 10 years ago. When we moved into this house we put in the garage and it got lost behind boxes and such so never noticed it til the other day. Well it's all dusted off oiled and sprayed with silicone, now to find room for it in my living room. (My grandson stuff has taken over that room) I know if I have in there I'll use it so I'm going to move stuff around. (Wish me luck!)

I did 3.5 miles on the elliptical beast at the gym today. Yesterday too. I joined on Thursday night and I'm at 12 miles already.

I've been off proper exercise since Friday so I wanted a big session today and did 10k in 66 minutes on the treadmill to get me back into it with a bang. I'm so glad I did, too

Wow! Some of you wore me out just reading what you did! Good job!! I've heard so much about elliptical that I want to try it!
I did the 30 minute Curves workout and rode the bike for 30 minutes again today.

I did 30 minutes on the elliptical before work and another 30 after work today. I did about 5 miles in all. For some reason all day I felt like I hadn't done enough this morning, so I went back.
