Still debating over whether to go to WI this morning. I probably won't. My scale says 254.5 That's a 4.5 pound gain from last week. I technically should have to give up my 10 pound ribbon, plus I kissed my "kiss em goodbye" goal hello again. Big time.

I'm not giving up. But I know if I go back today and see that weight on my card, I'm going to freak out. And I might not go back at all. I know myself.

I'm thinking of Amanda- taking the GRE is NO FUN, but she is brilliant, isnt' she? And with her positive attitude, I know there's nothing she can't accomplish...

Now I'm thinking about Maggie- Darlin', you know yourself better than any one of us, and if you need a get out of weigh in free card today, then do it. I'm more tempted to say that you should WI and get it over with, but if it is going to send you spiraling, then it is not worth it, is it? You're up and you're down, but you're still here! And no one said you had to lose X pounds by X date- I went up and down over the last few weeks (but was unable to get to a scale on WI day two weeks in a row- or was it three weeks? Unable, my butt- I was at a hospital one Saturday!) and I know you'll lose again.

I'm rambling- I hope I'm not pissing you off! What I mean to say is that no matter what the scale says today, we still love you and you are still doing a fantastic job!!!! Keep at it, girl- the Sistas thread wouldn't be the same without you (and your dirty, dirty mind! )

I exercised today, and feel great! I have a lot of energy, I finished cleaning our apartment, and it looks pretty good I need to remember this feeling when I don't want to get up and exercise in the morning
