Monday...30 Minutes Water Aerobics

Tuesday.. 30 Minutes Water Aerobics

Wednesday.. 2 miles { Walk away the Pounds}

Thursday... FREE day...NO time No energy

Friday... Worked the Titans Game Walked 5.4 miles

I may take another FREE day today...
