Thursday Weigh-In Results for August
It's August, one of the hottest months of the year.
This means what????? We need to drink extra water to keep the retention away. Less retention means better scale results.
Okay, that's all the serious stuff for today.

For me, I'm waiting until next Thursday.

In the heart of summertime....
Not many want to post scale results this month. It's time for last minute vacations and getting kids ready for school. Or, it's teachers getting ready to teach again.
I hope we can all find the time and courage to get on the scales in the next few days.
