OK, I couldnt do it. I thought I would post a close to this thread. I was doing Prism for 4 days, I obsessed about food. I simply hated it. I felt like I couldnt have anything! So I quit. This is no great surprize, I obviously quit every diet I try or my but would not be this big. My friend however is still doing it and she likes it. I felt bad for bailing on her, but I couldnt handle it.
Weight Watchers. I have done it in the past, I lose on it and I like it real well. But I get the guilts about the money, and stop going. I tell myself I will still do WW at home, but, I never have. I do for a little bit and quit. So I have decided to go back to WW and tell myself I am worth the money. And try to fend off the guilts.
I go to join today.
