Ok. I am going to start South Beach...bought the book today. Have questions...lots of them.
1) Can I drink Crystal Light and Fruit2O? If so, any limits?
2) I workout very hard 6 days a week (75-90 minutes), will I need some more carbs so that I do not tank during my workouts?
3) Can I have breakfast at lunch time, etc. and switch around my meals?
4) Do I have to drink the V8?
