I've walked 110 minutes from monday til now, so I'm 970 minutes away to reach my goal for august
I know I can make it better next week cuz I'll go to the gim for work out a little
Today I finished my diet program, and tomorrow I'll begin in a new lifestyle I'm sure I can do it: it's very simple
A good breakfast (cereal, fruit, milk, tea, juice), a good lunch (some meats, or tuna, or chicken breast and salads, a slice of whole bread or a small bowl of low-carb pasta, a bunch of veggies), a snack (fruit or yogurth) and a light dinner (1 quesadilla, or sandwich and cold tea with no sugar)
I'm running to my goal and I'm never starving
