Default Need someone to motivate me!

Hey there -

I'm starting my plan this week. I used to either use the elliptical or bike 4 times a week, up to 60 minutes at a time. But it's been about 6 months since I worked out more than 2 times a week! I need to get back on track. I did about 15 minutes of Pilates this morning, but I need to get up on the cardio sometime. I keep waiting for my hubby to do it with me when he gets home, but we never do it! There is always dinner, kid's activities and well, TV shows instead! LOL! He keeps meaning to hook up a satellite receiver in the exercise room, but doesn't. I'm not dissing on him, but he's so busy with work I can't count on him for my motivation - I need someone else to get my butt in gear!

So, anyone wanna be my buddy? I'd love to have someone I can IM (or they IM me) to get me motivated. I'm not a competitive person, so I don't need challenges - but I do work well with rewards!

Here's a bit about me so you can decide! I'm a substitute teacher who works about 2 days a week. My son will be in preschool on MWF and I also have have daughter in 7th grade with full schedules in the afternoon. I can't always exercise at the same time everyday. I should be able to exercise every Tu/Thurs in the morning though (I hope!) I don't usually exercise on Saturday - besides yard work! I'm married and am 32 years old. I currently live in Texas. I love to travel, and visit family often all over the US. Ok - so that's me I'd love to get to meet others!

Well, if there are TV shows, there's time to exercise. So on the days that you can't exercise, consider marching in place and lifting weights hand weights, or doing jumping jacks or jump rope motions, upper body twists, etc. all right in front of the TV. The only equipment required are a couple of hand weights and/or leg weights.
