Wink Exercise Accountability #14 -- July 11-17

Today it's chest and a bike ride .... Gotta get the day started by cleaning the fridge! Is that a workout? In my case it just may be cause I haven't done it in a while

Chest and tris this AM. Staying awake the rest of today should count as endurance training on some kind of level.

I did my leg workout this morning. I will add a 1/2 hour bike ride at lunch.

I got in my upper body workout this morning.

I also did 25 minutes on the stairmaster. I hadn't done that one for awhile and really had to sweat that out!

If it isn't raining I will add a 30 minute bike ride at lunch.

I skipped the gym yesterday morning, but did my 1/2 bike ride at lunch. This morning I did both my upper/lower body strength training. I am hoping to ride my bike to/from work tomorrow (34 or 36 miles depending on route) and I didn't want to miss my upper body workout.

Okay, apparently I have hijacked this thread!

I rode my bike in to work today (17.4 miles / 1hr 25 minutes / 500 calories burned) and will also ride it home unless I want to spend the whole weekend at work!

Melissa -- Hijack away!

I ran 2 miles and did a full body workout quickie, bench presses, squats, a back exercise... That's all I had time to do...

Yahoo! A good legs workout, but maybe not as high as I could go, we'll see how sore I am tomorrow. And 10 minutes on the elliptical... More tomorrow.
