Another new beach bunny!!
Hello everyone,
My name is Kathy. I am starting SB tomorrow. I bought the book & cookbook today at lunchtime. I am tired of looking this way. I want to lose 35 pounds, and then I will see if I am happy with that. I can use all of the help I can get!! Thanks!!

Well, I started SB yesterday. Did not realize how much more money food that is good for you cost in comparison to bad food...Spent a lot of money at the store. But, it will be so worth it. I know I had to buy a lot of the staple stuff and spices & stuff, so it should not be as bad next time. I am really psyched about this. I really think I can do it. How often should I weigh myself?

Welcome!!
I weigh everyday, average my weights for the week and see what the loss is from the week before. So... I weight everyday but (hopefully) change my ticker once a week

Welcome!!!
I know how you feel about the cost, my DH & I are both doing sbd and it is quite a bit more each week. But we now budget for it and it does get better, those first few weeks was the worst. Every week I'd find many new recipes that looked great and bought everything for them. But we feel so much better eating this way! You'll do great here, everyone is so encouraging!!
