I just started this SB plan myself and have successfully made it to day 7 and am currently down 5 pounds!!!
I have tried diets in the past and never had immediate results before, but I consider this a lifestyle change in eating not a diet so hopefully I will stick with it!!
The current weight loss sure gives me the incentive to stick with it!!
