I was terribly off track for a while because of a new medication, but now I'm finally getting back on track. I take Effexor XR right now and it's really tamed my appetite, which I am so thankful for. Now I know that all I need to do is exercise, but for some reason the thought of exercise just makes me want to lay down and go to sleep
I started using my exercise bike again last night and I'm going to try to keep it up and start walking in the mornings as well. I'm determined to lose this weight. I'll be a senior this year and I always told myself that by the time I turn 18(December), I'm going to be in shape. I want to feel pretty in my senior pictures, you know? That is what is keeping me motivated the most.
