Lightbulb Thursday Weigh In Results - 7/26

Yes! We can do this!

It's time to get on the scales.

Susan just told us, on the Chatters thread, that she thought she'd skip weigh in this week.

Even if some of you skip, please continue to support the rest of us by posting your good words.

Drum roll please! I was hoping for at least a 1 pound loss since I started over again. I was quite pleased. 4.5 pounds! Shocked is more the word for it. I have cramps right now, so I am even more surprised that I would lose that much at this TOM. I won't complain though!!!

I just hope that when we go to Michigan next week, that I'll do better on the eating than I did at Disney World. I really was a porker!

I know we will be getting plenty of walking in. Our motel is about a mile from the downtown area where we will be spending a lot of time. We never drive to town unless it is storming or pouring down rain, so we'll get in some walking. I know when we go to Mackinac Island that we will be walking, because they don't allow cars over there.
We did rent bikes one year when we went up there. That was fun. Maybe Tim and I will do that this year.

Had my Bible Study group this morning. We went out for lunch afterwards. I had a bowl of soup and a tossed salad. We ordered 2 desserts and split them among the group. There were 6 of us there for lunch.

Tonight I meet with my table group from my Emmaus Walk Weekend. We are trying to get together once a month. We discuss how God is working in our lives, what more we want to do for Him, what we've been doing in our Bible studies. I need to go over some things before I leave, so I'd better end this post.

Good luck everyone!!

Tammy, Wow!!! You knocked the socks off the scale!! My best friend lives in Michigian and go to that island for vacation. Have fun!! You do great on your trip!

Tina, how did you do?

I skipped this week since I ate everything plus the kitchen sink yesterday. However, today has been great. Went to Jason's Deli and had a Portabella Mushroom Wrap (all veggies with gucamole) It was great!

Hope to hear from everyone.

Way to Go, Tammy----WOW!!!
Congratulations on that weigh in. Keep it up.

Susan, I don't like wraps, but the one you had sounded good.

It's awfully quiet around here. What's up?

As for me, I am happy to report a 1.4 lb. loss.

hehe better late than never.....

I lost 2.6 lbs this week, yay me!!!!!! I excersized 5 days and I think that definatly helped. Last night was Friday though and I went over pts, but friday is my free day. I'm allowed to have whatever I want, and I forgive myself and move on the next day. It's definatly a way for me to keep going!

Congrats to all you losers!

Congratulations to all of you who lost this week. I managed a .5 loss this week. I was very happy with that because I expected a gain. I didn't do horribly but I didn't do as well OP this week as I should have. I really need to motivate myself if I want to be in ONE-derland by Christmas! That will be my best Christmas presend to myself this year. Anyways, I hope you all have a SUPER week end! Talk to you later......Sis

Oh, Sis, that's great losing .5 pound.
I guess it is time to think about being fit for Christmas. Well, I don't know if I want to think that far ahead. My summer is going too fast.

Everyone stay OP tomorrow.
