It all depends on what I'm doing and how I Feel. I usually don't listen to music when I'm biking, so I can be more aware of traffic behind me. I like a mix of rap, metal, pop...it has to have a beat, or something about it that makes me want to move.

It changes, depending on mood and what I'm doing.

I love threads like this! I'm always looking for songs I have forgotten about to add to my music library. I have an Ipod with about 800 songs so I usually shuffle them but some of my favorites are:

Bruce Springsteen-Glory Days
Rascal Flatts-Feels like today
Eminem-any song, especially 'Till I Collapse (great during running or endurance stuff)
Tanya Tucker-It's a Little Too Late
Switchfoot-Meant to Live
SR-71-Alive
Good Charlotte-I Just Wanna Live
Gretchen Wilson-Here for the Party
Eve-Maniac
Nelly-Ride Wit Me, E.I.
CCR-Mustang Sally
Jimmy Eats World-Sweetness
Destiny's Child-Soldier
Garth Brooks-Ain't goin Down (live)
Ludacris-Get Back

and I'm ashamed to say... Britney Spears-Toxic and Boys

I change it a lot, but I usually stick to some more than others.

Most albums by They Might Be Giants
Both Shrek Soundtracks
Maverick Soundtrack
Austin Powers Soundtrack
Full Monty Soundtrack (There's just something about working out to "The Stripper")
Some of the Hooked on Classics albums

The entire Green Day - International Superhits record is a favorite treadmill CD. The pacing and order of the songs is absolutely perfect.

Also, any and all Ramones. Just because they're the Ramones, and you can't help but jump around like a goofball when Joey's singing in your ear.
