Yesterday I weighed in at the end of week one and lost 4.6.

You are off to a great start. We are going to be looking good come Christmas.

Tina, I'm with you, I'm not weighing in this week either. I plan on doing it next for sure. I have to pay for the sins of this past weekend. Hopefully I will be better this week.

I am passing on the weigh in this week as well, it must be the mid spring blahs.
Its too nice to worry about diet too much, truely wonderful up here these days.

I stayed the same. A bit bummed, but that's the way it goes. I think it will soom be TOM, so maybe that's the reason. I hope.

No WI for me this week. We've been without water for 2 wks, had to drill new well, and have eaten out A LOT! I have gained for sure and I don't even want to look at the scales this week.

I am trying to get back OP though. I'll WI next week. Have a great week end all....Sis

I didn't weigh in the last Thursday in May, in fact, missed the meeting altogether. But I did weigh in on Saturday, and was up 1.8. But...I'm still .8 below where I started, and I'm going to count that as a good thing!

I'm up 2 pounds. I guess that's better than I thought it would be. Hope it all comes off next week and a little more. I'm going to really try to be good.

I went back to WW yesterday after a long time away. I used to do it at home, when was always at school or working, but now I"m going to meetings; and getting weighed. I almost started crying. I weigh 164.2, which is 12 lbs different than my scale at home. At least it's a starting point. Everyone has to start somewhere.

Hi all. Remember that I said that I'm always up on or stay the same on Thursdays????
It held true again this week. On Wed. I jumped on the scales here at home and I was down a pound. I thought Oh boy! I get to move the butterfly!!! Thursday morning was a different story. I was back up that pound PLUS two more!!!! Oh my. Still haven't had TOM, so that could be part of the problem right now. Should have been last week.

That's amazing. Did you have something salty on Wed. night?

I got on the scales yesterday but didn't want to reveal the results. Ooooh, bad!!!!!

Wow...was I surprised!!!
After not keeping track and not being all that careful for about a week and a half, I journaled and stay OP this week from Mon to Thurs. At WI yesterday, I was DOWN??? Hmmm.....

Sooo..I will use this gift as a positive go-ahead and keep myself on track this week!!!
