Yes. You can. It's listed in the good oils section. But I can't remember how much you can have. I want to say 1/3 of one???

OOPS!!!!!!!!! Love them little avacados so much, when I do buy one I eat it all. Thank god that's only about one every couple of weeks!!!! I love them on salads!!!

There's nothing quite like a good avo...can't get my favorite variety (Reid) here...boo hoo...but the haas aren't too bad.

I like to sprinkle on some sea salt, a little pepper and just scoop it out of the shell...ahh...bliss!

guacamole is different than avacado blessed -- be careful! especially if it's not homemmade!
