I am so glad you posted this. As someone who occasionally indulges in a coffee type specialty drink, I NEED to know this info. I think that with all types of WLS, liquid calories can be a real issue. It is way too easy to slurp down an amount of calories (and fat, in this case) that it would take half a days eating to manage with real food. Scary, scary stuff. I, for one, need this reality check every so often. Thanks for providing it.
