Default Join the 3FC Group President's Challenge

Hi everyone. Yesterday I found a link for The President's Challenge, which is basically a web site where one enters one's exercise, earns points and sees how one is doing compared to others. You earn stars and awards and stuff, and it seems like a pretty interesting way to keep track of what one is doing, and compare it to others as well.

Well, after seeing it I of course thought of 3FC. We should have group! And now we do. If you want to join, simply go to http://www.presidentschallenge.org/index.aspx and then when you register and get to the "My Groups" part enter:

3FatChicks.com

and then Group ID Number

29852

That's it! It really is pretty easy to do. The amount of exercise you do will go to the group total, which I will post regularily if we get any activity at all, and you can see how you are doing compared to others in your group.

And the site never asked me if I'm a republican or if I voted for W, so don't be put off by that. I look forward to seeing any/all of you joining!

Well, we got four members so far, and 2263 points. Not a bad start at all, I'd say!

I'll post our member numbers and point totals every Friday night/ Saturday morning (I work second shift in a factory, so keep pretty strange hours), as well as any awards we might have won.

Edit: I forgot, I was going to post the confirmation email the site sent me. Here it is!

My numbers aren't gonna do much but just give it a nudge. Not until I can get back into full exercise anyway.

Ok, what would you guys consider Curves? I put it in as moderate aerobics, though I don't have a clue what it really should be. I work up a sweat at it. I generally get my heartrate past their posted rate...and don't tell them. LOL I don't stand on the resting stations but jog vigorously and put a lot of effort into each station, and leave with my hair fairly drenched.

Excellent job, everyone, we now have 15 registered members with a total 8279 points. Personally, I'm finding that this is helping with my motivation to work out as well. It's like I don't want to let the group down!

Well, off to go raise my points for this evening/morning.
