okay i'm not in the mood for this which probably means I reallly need it. I'm revising my intake to 1500-1600 calories a day, down 100 from before.

b - meal bar, 1/2 banana, creamer
l - hoppin john, collards
s - 50% cheese, triscuits, red pepper
d - ham & swiss sandwich, sun chips,
s - snack bar

calories: 1547

I will need to be mindful this week. It's my crunch time at work that comes 4 times a year. Not too stressful IMO but spending more time at the office, less at home, plus often the dept buys lunch for us and I'll have to make choices. I think I'll look at the websites of the places we'll be choosing from and pick things out in advance. Or just bring my own. Or go to the cafeteria and get something known. There, planning is my friend. Committed to call either sponsor or accountability buddy (we send our food lists) before eating something that's too much, just to make me more conscious and deliberate if I have to order something. That will slow me down enough to help me avoid lying to myself or slipping something in when I'm looking the other way.

I'm just rushing off to see my psychiatrist (sipping my V-8), but I'm OP! Be back later... hugs, girls!

Cacky, remember that you're doing this for you. It's not a punishment, and you'll feel so good when you've got through the day (albeit, dragging your feet). Hang in there, hon.
